Registration

All the authors need to complete the registration first in order for participation. Please choose the correct role to attend the conference and pay the registration fee accordingly.

You're simply required to fill out the Registration form for delegates and send it to us via email before the registration deadline. We'll contact you after we review the form.
Full paper starting from 5 pages to 8 pages, and additional pages will be charged.
One regular registration covers only one author. Co-authors SHOULD also register in-order to join in the conference and display their name in the conference materials.
The one day visit is not included in the regular registration.
All the registration fees quoted above are inclusive the Taxes.

If the refund is requested prior to August 20, 2025, 10% of registration fee will be charged, if the refund is requested prior to August 20, 2025, 50% of registration fee will be charged and no refund will be processed after August 20, 2025. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
Due to force majeure including but not limited to earthquake, natural disaster, war and country policy, the organizer reserves the rights to change the conference dates or venue with immediate effect and takes no responsibility.
